This unit has a portable Air Conditioners  in the living roonm as well as the Master Bedroom for the warmer months.

It will sleep 8-10 people comfortably with a King in the master, a bunk bed that has 2 Full beds, one on top and one on the bottom, a Queen bed in the 3rd bedroom and a bonus bedroom with a Full Bed.
